2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.

-very much so, I always carry extra uncut gems ready for myself and others to use whenever someone wants to equip the upgrade they just received.

3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)

-In the past few patches there has been many changes to warrior tanking abilities and threat generation, after each of these changes I go searching the major guild's sites for new talent builds and rotation work. I've been tanking with my warrior since the game first came out, but I'm always trying to learn different things I can do to make myself better.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.

-Depends on if you are talking about me sucking in general every week or if it is just a bad night from being stressed out at work or something. If I'm failing weekly I hope someone would set me straight and the problem would be solved on the spot I'm sure. If it is just a bad night, I would gladly step out if someone is there to fill my spot and go to bed.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)

-Currently in FibonacciSequence and looking to leave due to some ongoing guild drama that I'm kinda getting sick of. Yes I am still in this guild, if there is an issue with me apping to your guild while being in one I can leave it if needed.
-Previous guild was Rave, stepped away from that bc those folks were nuts then the guild leader transfered shortly after and the guild fell apart.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)

-I've main tanked everything from MC to current content. I slacked off some in BC due to work, but have been in it full blast since then. As far as ICC bosses I've killed the first 4, Rot, Fester, and princes. I have fought Prof, Queen, and the green drake(forgot its name) but havn't killed them. Same things have died in both 10 and 25 man raids for me.

8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)

-dedicated, workaholic, prepared

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)

-4g ram, i'm not a computer wiz, but I bought the best Sony Vaio laptop I could find and just put on Windows7 with a fresh reformatted hard drive. I dont have any problems.

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)

-Well since I'm in the army and thats all we get in the chow hall, I'm not one to complain. its either bagged milk or the crap that you dont have to keep cold that comes in little boxes which scares me more.

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?

-I carry all enchanting mats, shoulder and headslot glyphs, as well as lots of uncut gems ready to go. My JCing has every useful cut for everyone. So as long as someone is an enchanter my new item would be ready to go before the next pull.

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

- Those times are good with me and a Raider slot is what I'd be going for.
