2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.
Yes definatly a team player.
3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)
Always bring flasks to raid, read up on fights, watch tankspot videos on fights. Check elitest jerks to review and maximize spec and rotation. Have always been will to respec for the best of the raid.
4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.
Usually review tank spot videos, check elitest jerks for best specs and rotaions. Make sure my focus is on the raid. Ask other guildies what i can do to improve.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)
Currently in Damaged Goods. Plan on leaving because we no longer raid. Some of our leadership has left and a lot of guild drama has taken over. Not interested in listening to a bunch on whining.
7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)
Naxx25 clear, Ulduar10 clear, Ulduar25 up to General, ToC25 clear, ICC25 lower spire clear
8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)
A little quite. I enjoy the challenge of end game content. Hard working.
9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)
Bagged milk is ok, usually buy plastic jugs though. Bagged is easier to spill. :(
11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?
450 enchanter, usually enchant right away, if raid has a break and a summons is available I hearth and gem right away also.
12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:
Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

In your defense, I can see where you're coming from.
I would never gem straight yellows on a lock, but that's my personal preference.
He is technically in the highest DPS destruction build, which is in and of itself an accomplishment because most locks specced destro right now are retarded and are like 3/15/55 or something. Having soul link is massive in ICC (or being aff and healing the crap outta yourself).
He may not be in T10, but the two-piece T9 is like a bandaid because of how vital imp crits are to destro locks.
He can drop some hit, but is geared for not having a boomkin or Spriest in raid with him.
The downside to all of this is that Destruction is pretty awful right now, overall. And despite that being the highest damage build, it doesn't provide replenishment which kind of negates the point of bringing a destruction warlock at all right now.
He states he would respec, which is something worth noting.
Despite his lack of exposure to ICC, I find it interesting that you shot him down so quickly Muzz, his app seemed very team-oriented.
The only actual concern I have is that his computer seems old.
Granted, I have no pull in truly helping you here Merrok, but there's solid groundwork here for either a second Demo lock (T9 is sick for DP uptime) or a pure destro lock.....especially considering Camelz CPU situation and our general lack of ranged DPS.

The quick shoot down was exactly why you mentioned. Training a new player, in a different spec, that is under geared is a lot of ground work to cover for someone who is more then likely going to be raiding at under 15 fps. I can't justify all of the leg work for this high risk unless he has some strong reason that he is going to be able to perform higher then I expect him to.
