2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.

Yes I do, I always offer new strategy's to my guild when we are having problems with a boss. Sometimes after raids I'll go and look up boss fights that we will be attempting next raid and watch many different strat videos and tell my guild the different strategy's. I also always care at least 1 full stack of flasks and buff food in case somebody in the raid forgot theirs. I generally carry 5 or 6 of stoneblood and endless rage for tanks and dps.

3. Do you use everything at your disposal to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)

I always have the best possible gems, enchants, flasks, and buff food. I don't mind spending every bit of my gold changing my gems, enchants or even buying the best BoE's and crafted gear.I am constantly trying my very best. If , for some reason, I am failing to keep the tanks alive or just doing terrible in a raid I don't mind to sit out, and while I am sitting out I will spend that time finding ways to improve my healing and raid survivability. I would go look at the fights to ensure that I am not missing some kind of spell the boss does, I would read guides and even ask one of the best holy pallys I know or somebody else knows for a couple tips on what to do or ways to improve healing.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.

I'd change some gems around and take a look at a few specs to make sure I have the best possible one for HPS and Raid survivability. Then, I'd ask the raid leader or very smart raid members that I know will give me good advice on what I am doing wrong and I WILL fix it.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)

Legion of Light - I left because of the people, the terrible raid progression and the loot rules.

Endurance - This is my current guild. The people in the guild are awesome but the raid progression isn't going as I think it should and it has been like that since Ulduar. Loot isn't a big issue in this guild but it could be handled a little better.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)

I sadly have only gotten to raid WotLK :( But, in WotLK - All of Naxx 10 and 25, Ulduar up to Vezax 10, and up to mimiron on 25. Toc 5/5 10 and 25, 4/5 grand 10.

ICC - 11/12 10m, 10/12 25m, and only gunship on heroic mode :(

Of course all of the mini raids like Voa and OS.

Also, I have done Ruby Sanctum 10man, not 25 yet.

Some of the raiding achievements are on my hunter, Sipe. He is on Khadgar as well.

8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)

I have a very stable computer and great internet.

3 gigs of ram, NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT graphics card ( this allows me to put my graphic settings on Ultra with no lag at all so I can see everything that goes on in a raid ), AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400.

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?

I sometimes will carry gems and a scroll enchant on me if I know we are going to be downing a boss, or working on a boss, I need an item from and if I win it I will gem and enchant it immediately. If not, I will go enchant/gem it if we have maybe a 5 minute raid break.

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

These nights are what I am used to, so they are perfect for me. Both raiding guilds I have been in raid on those nights and even fridays and sometimes mondays.
